How do I sign in?+
Sign in with Google only. The site accepts Gmail addresses (@gmail.com). There is no username/password signup.
Can I try the site before paying?+
Yes. The landing page includes an 'Enter the Observatory' demo flow that gives you a temporary demo session so you can explore the product before buying.
What is included in the free pack?+
The free pack gives access to questions up to 2019, with basic search, basic bookmarks/progress, limited previews, 3 daily current-affairs articles, and 5 daily quotes.
What is included in the full pack?+
The full pack unlocks all years, topper answer copies, themes, current affairs, quotes, profiles, deeper cross-links, and the full study experience across the repository.
Security
How many people can use one account?+
One account is for one user only. Sharing is not allowed.
Can I use another Wi-Fi or mobile network?+
Yes. Changing your internet connection does not block access by itself.
What still matters for access?+
The important part is the originally registered access setup. The site allows normal network changes, but it is not meant to be opened by another person on a different setup.
I cleared cookies or reset my browser and now access is affected. What should I do?+
Use Contact Us and send your name plus registered Gmail. We can help you restore access after verification.
How do I move access to a new setup?+
